Donor Advised Funds: Engaging Donors in the Full Range of Their Generosity  

AQORD and Methodist Ministries Network are pleased to partner on this offering that provides a deeper dive on Elyse Kauffman’s highly rated “Unlocking Revenue through Planned Giving” presentation at The Gathering. Whether or not you were able to participate in The Gathering, those in fundraising roles, shaping fundraising strategy, and stewarding donor relationships are encouraged to attend this timely session. 

While Donor Advised Funds (DAFs) have been part of charitable giving since the 1930s, they are now the fastest-growing vehicle in philanthropy. Over the past four years, the number of DAFs has nearly tripled, accounting for 17% of annual giving in the United States as of 2022, up from just 7% five years ago. DAFs offer a smart and effective way for donors to support nonprofit organizations. 

During this 90-minute session, we will delve into case studies on DAFs, as well as strategies for marketing and communicating this vital tool. Attendees will have ample opportunities to share resources and insights, and will leave with some tangible next steps to get started with your DAF strategy or to strengthen it.
